By downloading, installing, or using VPN Relay ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of service
VPN Relay provides a regional IP relay service for macOS that routes your network traffic through encrypted relay nodes. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:
- Transmitting malware, spam, or malicious content
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Engaging in activities that harm the Service or other users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Free trial and subscriptions
New devices receive a 3-day free trial upon first registration. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription purchased through the Mac App Store.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or that relay nodes will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AT Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Service changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where AT Software operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
